"Procter and Gamble is the training ground for future leaders. At all levels, it is relentless at making sure you push yourself to achieve maximum effort and grow through the experiences. The challenges require you to be disciplined and consistent with your objectives. Although this environment fosters personal career growth, it is also taxing on one's personal life."

"A small fraction of management, not all of it, is totally screwed up. But you will find that with every large company. I worked with the best there, and I worked with the worst."

"To most of the management, keep doing what you're doing. To a few select ones You would be better off in the exciting and dynamic fast food industry. (You want fries with that)"
