"Talk to other employees in the area, as it greatly varies by region. Also, make sure if you change positions in the company that you get all the information on your new job so it won't be used against you."

"I disliked working at P&G because I couldn't use all of my educational background to benefit the company. Also, there is too much emphasis on individual, versus team contributions."

"I suggest P&G take a close look at each employee's background, and provide opportunities for each employee to fully utilize their skills and be the best they can be."

The focus is not on job title, and no matter the level of your position, your voice is heard. Management trusts its people, and employees are encouraged to make their own decisions, based on the structure and guidelines of management. Being on time is stressed, and meeting agendas are adhered to strictly so there is no wasted time."

"Strive for a professional demeanor, be polite, be self-effacing, and focus on details like being on time, speaking clearly, asking questions, and demonstrating an understanding of the business."

"I don't like the limited opportunity to advance beyond the current position. There are not many financial rewards for a job well done, though there are plenty of recognition opportunities."

"Provide better opportunities for advancement and financial rewards... i.e., a bonus or commission structure and/or more formal reward programs."
