"I don't like that working from home is a barely acceptable arrangement. It's hard to find roles where you can live in large cities that people actually enjoy living in. It is automatically expected that your career leads life, vs your life leading your career."

"Spread more awareness based on neurobiological facts of what really improves employee productivity and creativity - two key factors that would enable us in this VUCA environment."
"I’ve worked at PG since the take over from 3PL to A PG ran facility. The company has around 500 total people that work in the facility. The hours are rough. Manager swap between days and nights each week and do about a 12-14 hour shift a day."
