"Get a vision and set some values up for how you lead and direct your employees. Get a clue as to what their jobs are and how to use the tools that are given them."

"Across all business functions including marketing, employees use research (consumer, or technical) to make business decisions every day, and they are focused on improving the lives of consumers across the globe. I worked with highly intelligent and competent people who were down to earth every day. I rarely met someone I did not like. Altogether, they are the best employer I have ever worked for."

"Procter and Gamble is the training ground for future leaders. At all levels, it is relentless at making sure you push yourself to achieve maximum effort and grow through the experiences. The challenges require you to be disciplined and consistent with your objectives. Although this environment fosters personal career growth, it is also taxing on one's personal life."
