Sales Representative

"A nice environment to work."

What do you like about working at Procter & Gamble?

"The people are professional, helpful, friendly, and enjoyable to work with. Everyone is made to feel important. The focus is not on job title, and no matter the level of your position, your voice is heard. Management trusts its people, and employees are encouraged to make their own decisions, based on the structure and guidelines of management. Being on time is stressed, and meeting agendas are adhered to strictly so there is no wasted time."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Strive for a professional demeanor, be polite, be self-effacing, and focus on details like being on time, speaking clearly, asking questions, and demonstrating an understanding of the business."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide better opportunities for advancement and financial rewards... i.e., a bonus or commission structure and/or more formal reward programs."
