"Unfortunatly being the fact that AFI/PFG was such a new company to my geographical area, constant delivery problems where happening. This affected my business relationships, comissions recieved and why I left the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Managment at AFI-PFG are good people that at the time I worked there had limited drivers and delivery windows available for the new territorys being developed. I would suggest they did not try to expand so much unless they can deliver what they promise."

"My division was sold and we were informed it was a choice but it never actually was. The choice was take it or leave it."

"PFG is a company that is strong on a national level, yet a very small player on a local/regional level. That is the major problem in the Asheville market."

"Based in east tn and geared toward a completely different market than asheville. Could not commit to the time and products needed to penetrate this market"

"Spend more time in this market to learn what is needed instead of always saying no"

"The need a refresher course in people skills and basic human resource policy"

"Yes very much, the company is very good. I changed industries to get out of the food business."

"The company has possibilities but only if the current VP of Sales realizes what his managing style is doing to the future success of the TPC. Due to his extreme micro managing, that many believe the President is unaware of, there have been an increased number of reps that have and will be leaving for better opportunities. It takes a TEAM to run a business, not one person."
