What do you like about working at PetSmart?

"Corporate IS support was patient and reactive to the facilities' needs. Assistance was rendered without reservations. The camaraderie of the local staff allowed for a mostly positive environment until the end."

What don't you like about working at PetSmart?

"Management agendas and actions were very often in conflict with company-established goals and policies. Management often knew little about the actual IT runnings. This made it difficult to maintain systems in the face of contradictory edicts from management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the associates, and take into account that they are the people interacting with the system regularly. The feedback of associates can aid in the betterment of the business overall and in the retrofitting of the associated processes."
