"I have worked for Petrofac since 2007. It's a great Company to learn & ample opportunity to take responsibilities in big Projects. Management is approachable and the quality of manpower is generally good. Compensation is good. Overall Petrofac is an admired Company, especially in Oil & Gas Industry. The downside is less work-life balance; as employees are generally expected to overstay on regular basis."
