"I have worked for PetersenDean for a little over a year. While communication with my manager was consistent and helpful. There is a lot of poor communication between departments and it limits me in my ability to help bring my project through completion."

CFO

"Great company to work for. Very entrepreneurial environment. What's fun about working at PD is that there is no playbook. The company has grown quickly and is constantly evaluating new business lines. It makes for a good environment for someone because - if you can do it faster, or provide better service to the customers, or find better vendors or negotiate better terms on a contract, you'll very quickly be given responsibility and rewarded when your initiatives work. It's also staffed by friendly, easy-to-work with people"
