"I did not enjoy that the corporate office would not allow each store to have any say in what was being kept or replaced, as far as merchandise was concerned. Something that does not sell well in one store may sell very well in another area."

"Management needs to convey to the corporate offices that there are some needs for the community that new changes will not meet."

"The district manager brought in his crew from his previous employer, and a lot of good people lost their jobs. When approaching the HR department on a theft problem, they turned their backs. I quit, and 6 months later all of the employees were caught. I tried to tell them. So once I did not receive the support from admin, I quit."

"Do not doubt a manager when they come to them with an employee theft problem. There was a lot of employee theft in the store I worked."
