"I've worked for Personal Wine for a little over 2 years now. The company has a great product, but the poor internal structure of the business puts a constant strain on the employees and in the end their performance. The company and the necessary responsibilities are stretched too thin to be efficient which eventually leads to the owner's own burn-out which then results in extremely erratic, rude, and unwarranted behavior to their employees. There are almost no defined processes for communication between departments. Very little transparency between upper management and employees. My inquiries about pay often go ignored."
