"Why bother... unemployment is more fulfilling than working in this zoo."

What don't you like about working at Perkins Coie?

"Impossible toxic work environment. Lack of trust, back stabbing IT VP who throws everyone under the bus but herself. IT VP has all the employees as whipped dogs, they run for cover as soon she shows up."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Nothing will change as far as making progress on IT initiatives until management replaces the toxic IT VP with someone who cares about people. IT Staff won't stick their necks out to fix anything because they will get yelled at for showing initiative or for showing caution. Its a lose lose senario. Who wants to be yelled at everyday"
