"Performance plastics are currently going through a transition with management and new owners. The company is struggling with obtaining positives results regarding production. There is a lot of room for improvement. Employees tend to compete a lot between each other instead of working together as a team. I feel is one of the main reason why we can't make the necessary improvements we need to be successful."

"Big company with great benefits. Technology tools to do job were great. Employees and managers/supervisors were great!!!! Very complex organization with lots of opportunities if willing to relocate. Easy to recruit for as it is a stellar company."

"Lots of red tape to get things done; I reported to Plant Manager - Learned lot from him and respected him but hard to work for as he didn't understand or support HR."
