"Ask about the history of their surface chemistry. Ask why it took so long to find a workable chemistry. Ask about personnel turnover."

What don't you like about working at Perfinity?

"Management was utterly inept. Made basic science errors and showed little understanding of proper experimental. Senior management very poor in appreciation of talent. Luckily, most of incompetent people have been since fired, except the CEO"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace CEO. He has virtually no understanding of science or appreciation of talent. Drive company from R+D side instead of manufacturing side."
