"Micro management, limitation of decision making, restriction of progress and lack of motivation"

"I love the scheduling and being able to work from home. I am also very fond of the experience that comes with big name clients"

"The pay currently is not what I expected from a position I have proved myself very well in."

"More segregation of team resources on projects. A lot of the times people will be on too many projects at once which will degrade the value of the work."
