"Per Mar is a decent company to work for, but the opportunity to advance is fairly minimal. To move up within a technician field, you essentially need to wait for someone to quit or retire. However, the work environment is good, and all the people that I've encountered have been phenomenal. A fine place to work if you're in no hurry to advance and have some flexibility on compensation."

"It is mostly a pretty easy job. They are flexible for time off mostly."

"You have no future to move up in the company. Go somewhere else if that is what you want."

"The pay is really bad and they keep adding things for use to do that go far beyond what we are supposed to do which is security."

"I would increase the pay in order to make people more loyal to the company."
