"My training went fine but the first few days of my actual work was horrendous at best. The lack of equipment was frustrating as there wasn't even enough for everyone in the building and some had to go across the street to the warehouse next door to see if they have any equipment on them. Even when I finally get the equipment after struggling to find some I get it taken away by seniority and no other real reason I tried speaking to the manager and HR said they'd call me. So, I worked for the rest of my shift and when it was about to end, no one called me. This wasn't the first time either."

Since I am looking for a career growth and better opportunity, being a contractor it is difficult to get noticed by the direct employer."
"I've worked for Pepsi for 5 years and I noticed that they do not care about the livelihood of their employees. Work conditions are horrible and they are constantly giving pay cuts while adding to the work load. I would not recommend this for anyone who has a family to support because you never know when the next pay cut is coming of if they're going to completely get rid of your position."
