"The owners always have something going on. There was always improvements to all the properties that was refreshing. I liked working for the best casino in Northern Nevada."

"I would suggest that the individual be calm and clear. Point out what you can provide to this company/position. Eye contact is always a plus."
What don't you like about working at Peppermill?
"I was the only accountant in my department including my boss. That created some verbal short comings."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"For the owners, none. For my director, I would put emphasis on more training and try and be more concise and clear about exactly what he wants."
