"I worked for PEP Lacey Manufacturing for a little over a year. During that time I found the company to be a strong competitor in the field of medical device manufacturing. I'm not sure how they were able to remain competitive because they did not invest any money in infrastructure, technology or training and development for their employees. The majority of employees had been there 20 years or more and the mindset was the same. Any new and younger employees came and went rather quickly. The attitude there was be lucky you have a job."
