"I would say that any company that you have the opportunity to work for you should give your best performance, be flexible with your time. and have a positive attitude."

"Employment was uncertain. I resigned because Access Direct assumed many of the Corporate HR positions and every one had a sense that the company was going in the wrong direction. The company did, within one year of my departure they closed (laid off) most of their call centers in Florida."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Our focus should have been more on attracting the best candidates out there and making every effort in making the working environment the 'best place to work' for those employees. If we expect our customer service representatives to 'wow'the customers we as management should treat the employees the same way."
