Whenever there is a problem it is recorded and studied from in order to help prevent it from happening again or make it much easier next time around. This comes from the teamwork environment that is encouraged. Overall it's a growing company that has doubled its employees in the last two years with low turnover. IMO it's a good place to work."

"Pay and benefits were good. A lot of talented people that want to do well and do the right thing. Facilities were nice, building location convenient to expressways."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Pay attention to who is interviewing you - often times, you will not be interviewed or meet the peers that you will be working with. Ask deep, probing questions about the workload and hours expected from you. I would not recommend this company for employment."

What don't you like about working at PeopleNet?

"Workload, schedules, and expections are completely unrealistic, contributing to extremely high employee turnover. Employees are not empowered. Negative feedback abounds."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There is a management issue within the company, they know it, and they continue to ignore it. It seems that the mindset is that it's easier to lose and replace people than to address the issues. I have never seen employee turnover as high as this company."
