"I worked for PeopleConnect and enjoyed the company culture and constant striving for improvement of our products for our customers."
"Over the course of my stay at this company my opinion of it has continued to deteriorate watching predictable fiasco after fiasco unfold. Management is incompetent and cowardly, often lying in front of their superiors and peers to save face. Communication and organization has been and continues to be a problem. Meek personalities afraid to voice concerns and support coworkers in making a positive change will sweep problems under the rug. There is a surprising amount of oddballs and misfits, perhaps unable to find work anywhere else. The on boarding process is non-existent, they will throw you in a project with no supervision or documentation, fortunately they don't meter your work or expect much anyway. A lot of work is getting outsourced, my opinion is this is someone's cash cow and they are squeezing every dollar out of it. On the good side, the company has good work life balance and they pays well for the little work that is done."
