"I worked for PenTeleData for 14 and a half years. Through those years many changes happened and a lot of growth. There seemed to be a bit more micro-management than most companies but overall a decent employment. Pay grade is a bit lower than industry due to location of offices. Was once referred as the 'Palmerton Pay Scale' unfortunately. Benefits were very good however."
