"Working for Penn National Gaming has been a great stepping stone. They offer great benefits with multiple options to fit your needs. The work life balance is flexible and accommodating. Since the corporate marketing department is so new, there is little growth opportunities however, there is plenty of feedback from the management team that can provide the employees with ways to grow and improve within their current roles."

"In my dept the new casino mktg director is a joke! Came from shady locals Vegas casino. Mgmt style includes threats, intimidation and inciting fear to fire anyone that gets in his way. Our casino guests get upset because of not enough staff to help with their needs. execs don't care about front line employees, all they care about is their bonus, regardless of what/who gets cut.Start hiring and promoting from within.Stop hiring out of state 3rd raters with padded resume."
