"Be careful.. they will hire you and fire you very fast. You are just a number to them.. not a valuable employee"

What don't you like about working at PEMCO Insurance?

"They never give us days off they are always over working us with the pay not matching any of the other companies. The points system is horrid and they treat us like slaves. I have no days off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to redo the point system so we are not as burnt out.. no productivity means planes will get out late. And they call themselves professionals"
