The Resort At Pelican Hill Employee

"I've been with the Resort for almost 3 years and through a Pandemic! Although the positives of my current position are rewarding, the overall culture of the company is a bit of a disappointment to my expectations when going through the onboarding process as a new employee. I do see the aspirations of our leaders, and there has been am improvement in different facets to alleviate the concerns and operational challenges of the front-line employees. However, I often felt a lack of consistency in leadership as well as the lack of feeling validated when voicing an opinion which was also shared by multiple coworkers. I have created great relationships both internally and externally here at the Resort, as well as have gained some amazing skills! I would recommend this employer with candid precaution to their expectations."

"I’ve worked in the Hospitality Customerservice service industry for over 16 years. I would have to say that having the opportunity to help open the doors to a new business was a great experience. Pelican Hill was beyond a stepping stone it was a home. Having the availability to work with customers on a one time one basis was an experience that helped with growth. I would recommend the company to whom ever is looking to fulfill a career out of Hospitality."

"I have been a part of Pelican Hill since August of 2017. In my time there, Pelican offered me the necessary resources to grow and develop my career. With over 900 employees, Pelican Hill offered a strong work culture that superseded it's panoramic views."
