"Generous company with family like values. The people and the guests are top notch. Prior to Covid19 there was a leadership change that everyone was just getting adjusted to, new leadership seemed great but not enough time to tell. If you don’t like working in a smoking environment then this isn’t the place for you."

"Very political environment. If you don't enjoy playing the game this is not the place for you. There is upward mobility if you fit the moldable employee template. Outside of the box thinking and initiative is not well received. It's a come in and don't rock the boat type of place. The people are awesome though."

"Don't show and favor with any one tribal family. Even if you have no intension of getting involved with there tribal politics, it wont be seen that way."

"Many different families make up the governing board who do not see eye to eye. It can make it difficult to get projects off the ground."

"It's only business should be the moto. Families can not stand in the way of positive future growth if it is in the best interst of the busniess. As a former commercial construction owner, I fired my own brother twice.....theres no crying in construction, just schedules and budgets."
