"It was great when I worked. SASI was a great program. Lay off was hard."

"Work on stability in the company. Everything else was great. I wish I was there"

"Field positions were contract based. If your customers ended your contract, you pretty much were out of a job. I believe it may have changed however. They prefer help desk approach vs. customer facing field dispatch service."

What do you like about working at Pearson?

"I was able to manage safety programs for various companies and I liked the day to day challenges that came with working with more than one company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This could possibly become one of the greatest places to work for a safety professional. But you must be able to talk about church when visiting the corporate office. If you are not a Christian this may not be the place for you."

What don't you like about working at Pearson?

"Unless you worked in the corporate office located in Jackson, TN it felt like you were just an employee. There was alot of turn-over for people that did not go to church with the owners of the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend more time delveloping your people and less time trying to find out how to bill clients more money."

"I was fortunate to have had worked with NCS Pearson on two separate occassions. First being as a System Software Test position in Mesa, AZ and second being Information Specialist."

"Like all interviews just be your self and honest."

"Information Specialist work was very call center type environment. Working with enraged callers at times could get tiresome. System Software Test position was challenging as it was my first job while in college."
