"I have been here for 5 years and I can honestly say nothing is ever certain. Upper management seems to be disconnected from the day to day operations. Not all of upper management but enough to create issues. In particular IT has room to grow but not in the home office in Boston. It has been made clear everything is being moved. This is not limited to IT as other practice areas are doing the move to a cheaper location where we can pay less model."
