"The parking leaders seem to believe that you must have parking experience in the parking business to be successful so if you are interviewing, do your homework."

What don't you like about working at PCA Management?

"I liked working there very much until they brought in a new CEO. The new CEO totally ran the company into bankruptcy, he brought in all of his new people from his prior life and now the company is being sold and in bankruptcy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace new CEO with old and get company back on track. The old CEO had increased EBITDA every year a lot and the company was growing."
