"good place to work. not the best environment though."
"I have worked there 14 years and while it is a good paying job I have little to no work life balance. That is why I am currently job hunting. We are at this point we are working 50-58 per week. When I started there I really enjoyed the work and got to put together displays by hand. Now I have slipped into a so so existence where when I get home I am so tired I don't have much to do with my family aside from saying hi to them."

"Since this company promotes from within to remember how new employees feel at the entry level. They are on the front line with our customers. They need support, and coaching, not threats of termination, but choices of how to react to specific customer service issues."
