"I've worked here for a little over a year and have found it very difficult to get my work done due to outdated tools and processes. While the majority of the people here are very knowledgeable and helpful. Upper management seems to be repeating the same lines over and over about new CRM, Ordering tools to better assist the sales force. I've heard the same speech for a year now and some have heard it for 2 years."

"I've worked for PCM since November of 2008. In the first eight months of my employment I had three managerial changes. The department where I worked undergoes that same sort of upheaval every eighteen months or so. And as a result, repeats the same mistakes and even the same conversations at the beginning of each of those cycles."

"A good company but with way to many divisions and too many VPs. Instead of building from within, they hire outside people who help destroy dynamics. The pay is ok but for the amount of work, its not enough. Sales reps not in the HQ tend to be less knowledgeable and it takes way too much time to help them. Overall a decent company but with management and some salary issues."

CEO is an ego-maniac. Employs his step-brother to supposedly manage IT, but really just only collects a check. If you're any good, look at other integrators."

"While I was there I worked in a bubble of great people. Outside the bubble it was tough. I LOVED everyone I worked with. I didn't need money back then and did the job because it was a great opportunity with great people. BUT, top level management in the company got very ugly with each other and I did not want to get involved with their nasty politics."
