"I have worked with Paycom since 2015 and it has been one of the best companies I have every worked for. They employ smart and caring developers from whom I learned a lot and have also coached a lot of new hires in my team."
"I worked for this company for two years and it was absolutely the worst job I've ever had. There is no work/life balance and bringing this up is a good way to get blacklisted for advancement. Advancement is done by jockeying for favor, not by actual evaluation, so if you work hard you won't really be noticed because you didn't take time to curry favor. Every benefit has a major downside that you won't find out until you're there. One dollar insurance? Only for you. Paycom doesn't cover spouse or dependents (and they're very expensive to cover). Catered lunches? They're awful but often you're stuck eating them because you're so far from anywhere at the corporate office and you're working short lunches anyway. The vacation is terrible but you'll be looked down on for taking it anyway so it doesn't matter. Management, especially team leads, are poorly trained and not fit for leadership. They push the glad-handing, favor currying culture that got them promoted so it's pointless to look to them for help. Overall, it's an incredibly toxic place to work. Leaving was the best thing for my career and personal life. Don't go there. It's not worth it."
"I've worked for Paycom for more than two years, and I absolutely love my job! There's never a day I dread going in to work, instead I'm happy to be surrounded by my coworkers. Which wasn't the case at my previous job. The pay is great, health insurance is $1 per pay period and we have $4 catered lunches!"
"The management is devoid of ethics. They promote making a sale by any means, including dishonesty, trickery and lies. You can make money but you sell out your conscience to stay. Ain't worth it. Leaving ASAP. Dog pound would be a better job."
"It is a good company overall, however they do not believe in a work life balance and will tell you that that is your fault and your own problem to worry about."
"I worked for Paycom Payroll LLC. between 2012 and of 2013."
