"Telemarketing boiler room. A terrible place for a prospective employee. Customers have been hit so hard with sales calls repeatedly. All you do through the day is listen to clicks and pissed off people who were called days or weeks ago. The good sales people leave because they can sell anything anywhere. They realize that this is the bottom of the bag when it comes to sales gigs. The owner is a bad person to do business with and work for."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't. This company along with Govgistics and Ultimate Water are all owned by the same guy. He's money hungry and thinks employees are owned by him. He decides people are making too much and poof - 30% pay cut. You will not make any money there because the leads are all stale and have been called a million times. If you want an inside sales job where you can be professional and make money while you are doing it, look someplace else."
What don't you like about working at PartsBase?
"the owner - you get hired at one salary and 3 weeks later he decides you're making too much and cuts it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"you cannot make suggestions to management. It's against company policy"

"Not to much, all my colleagues would back stab me at any time. At least they give medical and have a 401K"

"If you like being assaulted by customers, you dont understand the future of the company and the services you offer, then this is the place for you."
What don't you like about working at PartsBase?
"I feel like I would be replaced at any time. Customer base is shrinking our memberbase, so I dont see much growth here."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give a raise. I was hired at a level I never got beyond. Very sad to say, but I'd work for less, if given more freedom."
