"This is a good place to work."
"I've working at partners healthcare for the past 4 months.we are doing a windows 10 deployment for mass general hospital project.the company has more than 10000 employees and it's located in boston area."
"I worked for Boston hospitals for 25+ years and was very happy."
"I've worked as a SCCM engineer for Partners Healthcare which is having good ethical values and great place to work with. The company is having 3000 employees and provide excellent services to all 14 branches in Boston."
"I've worked for Partners since 2019. I've found it to be a strong company with good ethnical values and an emphasis on employees empowerment and retention."
"Excellent work environment"
"Partners Healthcare offers excellent benefits and career growth. Fast paced work environment with always something new to learn. Opportunities to job shadow other departments to learn what their regular day looks like."
"No clear vision from upper management and under . Won't get anywhere unless you are a favorite of executive team and they prefer "yes people". People promoted into positions and given tremendous authority without real management acumen or enough experience, but make business decisions that affect entire company. No women and no diversity on Executive Team. Favoritism and self preservation is a must to be employed here. Not based on experience or strong successful accomplishment for company goals."
"I've worked here for about one year. The benefits are very good, and the pay is decent, but I do not like how things are structured here. Rules are constantly changing, with countless metrics that need to be upheld simultaneously. It's not a terrible place, but it's not the best either."
"I prefer not to review the company when applying to another job. I would be happy to discuss any details the firm may be interested in within the context of an interview. Thank you."
"Partners Healthcare is a great a nonprofit organization to work for. Some major strengths are flexible career options, paid training, large user base to support, and strong leadership. One major weakness is the inability to maintain long term employees due to its frequent hiring of contracted temporary employees over full time. Transitioning from contractor to full time in less than three years is not guaranteed."
"Partners is an excellent entity to work for, They take care of their employees."
"Unless you are good at being a brown noser, there is no moving up in this company. They do not reward hard work, they just reward the yes men. The people that are in the trenches so to speak are great people but the management is horrible and are only out for themselves. there is a ton of nepotism going on and some jobs were filled with manager's kids over qualified people. I worked here because they paid pretty well, if not for that I would have moved on a long time ago."
"In all the jobs that I have held, this one was by far the worst. Management was equal parts incompetent and ignorant with regard to basic business practices. I never witnessed lower team morale or greater toxicity of work place atmosphere. It was clear very early on that politics and favoritism dominated all of decisions made in this establishment. The frivolous use of funds here was only surpassed by the joy that resided in me that this was only a temporary position."
"Best place to work and working with a great team"
