"Parsam is one of the companies which is doing Dynamics CRM projects in another companies. As manager role in parsam, I have lots of responsibilities to control and manage all members of the technical team. Some of my responsibilities or experience are in below: • Control and teach to all members of the installation team (this team has responsible to install all versions of Dynamics CRM in customer’s server and must be able to debug and diagnosis possible errors.) • Data migrate for change version of the Dynamics CRM from any version to upper version such as from crm version 4 to even crm version 365. • Control and teach to all members of the customization team (this team has responsible to analyze and customize customer’s needs) checking the final results which is earned from technical head that is contains analysis and created solutions is one of my responsibilities. • Create API for integration in big projects • Create new products based on the number of repetitions request from the technical head and customers • Create some mobile applications for Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Xamarin • Implementation of custom MS Dynamics CRM plug-ins and workflows. • Exposure in configuring and working with Windows OS, IIS, Outlook with CRM plug-in."
