Parkside Lending Employee

"I would like to offer my review from my experience with Hightech Lending, where I was employed for nearly five years. With very little time at Parkside Lending, I would not be able to give a fair assessment. Hightech Lending was one of those jobs where I would often say, "I love my job!". They were professional, celebrated people and truly cared. Their overall goal was to fund loans, but to do so in a team capacity, while acknowledging those contributing. It was always expressed - It took all of us to get the job done. It was at Hightech where I gained a deeper understanding in areas in which I previously had no experience. I am extremely grateful having been given the opportunity to expand my knowledge in an industry that is forever changing The management team at HighTech were kind and interested in what I could bring to the table, listening to all the different perspectives. They showed an eagerness to grow and move with the industry. I will always treasure my time with Hightech and be gracious for the opportunities given there. *Below I answered with the ability to move up as "Average". My direct reports were the two owners, then me. I would not have ever been offered the ability to own a portion of the company. Therefore, I had reached the career ceiling, but with no regrets nor complaints*"
