"Managers need more training in their profession . Treat all employees the same and not with perferential treatment whether they are hourly or salaried."

"Parkland is a great teaching hospital and I have learned a lot while I was there"

"Make sure you research about your boss and see if he/she is good to work with. New management has taken over in every department and Parkland has not been a pleasant workplace for many employees."

What don't you like about working at Parkland Health & Hospital System?

"They got to do something about the management. They are letting go of several people based on small reasons and those who do worst are off the hook since they are close with the management. At least 50 people were terminated for small reasons over the last year after working several years for Parkland."

"Try to understand your employees, don't accuse them based on an employee's complaint but research for yourself."

"I have no real suggestions for those who might consider applying for work at PHHS outside of clinician's."

"Division of work efforts, too many times the ball could be dropped when handing off to other teams."

"Consolidate support elements under one management team. This should prevent the ball dropping that frequently happens."
