"It was a good experience, of both how and how not a company should be managed from a divisional viewpoint."

"Have to be flexible, willing to work long hours. Constant change. Always be on the offense with your career as divisional management can change overnight, and the new management could leave you on the outside looking in."

What don't you like about working at Parker Hannifin?

"They don't compensate enough for their high cost of living locations, as they are mainly located in the midwest and south. They run too Lean, as yes, you are responsible for your own work but it leads to too many hours and a work/life imbalance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Watch out for abuse of power of divisional management."
