"I was responsible for bringing on time as promised to customers from 50 to better than 95%. Loved the challenges and loved being there. President called me the eraser."

"Have to be flexible, willing to work long hours. Constant change. Always be on the offense with your career as divisional management can change overnight, and the new management could leave you on the outside looking in."

"They don't compensate enough for their high cost of living locations, as they are mainly located in the midwest and south. They run too Lean, as yes, you are responsible for your own work but it leads to too many hours and a work/life imbalance."

"Use the restrooms on the production floor, if you are not completely appalled and disgusted, then you will survive."

"If you just enter through the front doors for an interview, you will love the place. However, the manufacturing area is run-down. The bathrooms are atrocious. You do not receive any vacation time your first year there."

"Spend some capital on fixing the place up, and cleaning. Also take a second look at your employees and invest in them as well, since many hold degrees and are not given advancement opportunities as they arise."
