"I've worked for PRMG Mortgage since 1/2020. My processor does and absolutely wonderful job. She communicates with the borrowers and builds them up each time without them realizing it. This gives them the confidence that not only have they provided the correct information and documents but everything is flowing as it should. The closing department is two steps ahead of the closing attorney and normally has the majority of the closing document prepared before the clear to close is issued. The upper management is the only department that is slow to respond and be helpful."

I wish the company ran like a real company and not a distribution center for rouge branch managers to run their business differently than other branches. You could get lucky and get a great manager who is concerned about your career, income. growth within the company or you can get the exact opposite."

Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else. The boss is a horrid monster who belittles his employees and goes out of his way to degrade you in public settings. Just do not work there."
