"I love being a Paralegal because it allows me to work side by side with attorneys to help our clients to reach an excellent settlement. Some of these devastating accidents have disabled most of our clients which strips them of a quality of life. My job has allowed me to diligently move cases from inception to trial to meet our goal. I cannot say that I hate anything about being a Paralegal because this is a career path that I chose with the ability to ultimately become an Attorney some day."

What do you like about working at Bathgate, Wegener & Wolf?

"Love the work and some of the people there are great. Trouble is that none of the good ones stay because its so bad here"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"TURN around and RUN!!!!! You will only quit or get fired shortly anyway and the treatment in between will never recover from. Want abuse Go into a rink less painful"

What don't you like about working at Bathgate, Wegener & Wolf?

"The office manager is clueless, she was the owners secretary so no clue as to how to run an office. She is a nasty old woman who needs to retire"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start fresh with actual office / HR that cares about the employees and knows what they are doing and start to pay attention to the atmosphere in here and how horrible the environment is for us little people"
