"Pay is superior to other government security contracts however there is a disconnect between line level officers and management. Favoritism and good old boy mentality is strong within the company at least at local level. Job duties are easy to understand and to adapt to. Good stepping stone. Benefits are a joke."

"make a record of everything, the state is going to be investigating them for issueing firearms to felons and the federal government, if they get off their collective butt, will be fining them for contract violations"

"Vice President ran off certified trainers so his friend and uncertified yes men could be brought in to always agree with him.. training dept is not working now"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire the executives and find people concerned about the company and not in hiring people who will hide the mistakes and point fingers at others when the violations are found"
