"I have been working with Paragon since January 2018 when I used to be a full-time student. I was hired as a part-time guard and worked as a floater until June 2019. Basically, I used to call them for shifts and they used to send me to random sites either to stay with contractors or cover for some guard who booked off. Paragon has been okay however, they don't pay you very well and expect you to do everything. If you read their reviews on google, you will have a better understanding of what I am trying to say. There is some discrimination against people of other race as some schedulers know they can rip some guards off and get away with it because many new immigrants don't know their rights. The company is unionized which happened like 6 months ago. I am really glad that my scheduler is the best (Tony Marrow)."
