"I enjoy the family feeling of the company and the people that I work with on a daily basis. I am never bored with my duties and enjoy the challenges of being a QA Technician."

"Expect to work overtime on a regular basis and to take on more responsibilities than what is listed in the job you are applying for, with minimal or no compensation/recognition."

What don't you like about working at Par Pharmaceutical?

"I do not like the inconsistency of managerial decisions/instructions. Because of the recent merger between PAR and Anchen, processes, rules, and regulations change almost daily and this has made doing routine tasks extremely difficult. There is also no training department and management is never available to train their employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"take the time to ensure all employees are properly trained for their essential job functions and duties."
