Company does not respect employees and will dodge questions about policy changes by saying they are an employee facing company. If you want to expand out of your current role - forget it."

What do you like about working at Panduit?

"I liked the people I worked with, including the supervisors and the manager of the department I worked for. Being ex-military, the training complemented my USAF training I received in Security Forces. In other words, it was of the highest quality; very knowledgeable people were instructing the courses."

"Be clean cut, professional, and have a good looking resume. ;)"

What don't you like about working at Panduit?

"The position was at times boring; but hey, what job isn't at times"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I don't know about some of the negative reviews on here (possibly spam from a disgruntled employee), but when I worked there management did almost everything in their power to help employees and provide them support by answering inquiries quickly and being there 24/7. My supervisors were also extremely accommodating when it came to adjusting my schedule for college coursework and personal issues."

What do you like about working at Panduit?

"Health Ins, dental ins, nice people, easy work, no traffic for commute"

"you are lucky if you are a family member and/or have experience in the field."

What don't you like about working at Panduit?

"no advancement, meager raises, flaunting money for trivial matters when other fixes need to be addressed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"have less managers, morale is very low amongst employees, micro-managing trivial matters does not help work productivity."

"I enjoyed the education and training that was available. You were always allowed to take classes to improve."

What don't you like about working at Panduit?

"Working for some of the elder management at times was difficult due to the lack of technology capabilities."
