"The company accommodates Italian people for their management positions, even though they don't have previous banking experience. I worked 3 years very hard, personally I learned a lot, but I noticed that the company does not recognize a good employee. Honestly, managers of different ethnicity were fired so they can place their friends there. My customers motivate me a lot. But I don't recommend working here."
