Pakedge Employee

"Great company moral, terrible incentives and unorganized management. This company needs Focus to get to a larger audience and capture more business. Sometimes it's about who you know not what you know and they keep employees around that really shouldn't be there. The Company has a good vibe but very little managerial skills reside in the upper management."
