Submit a Review"The job itself is very repetitive so it can take a toll on the body, but to be 100% honest, it is very tolerable and easy for the money. The repetitive work isn't a bother when you consider the full benefits package and supportive management."
"Okay here we go..... first off their point system is designed for you to get fired even with doctors notes. Then if you make a complaint to your supervisor that said supervisor will tell the person that you made a complaint on that it was you which in return they may come at your or even try to attack you and they do NOTHING about it!! There is alot of racial problems that are not okay or professional. Lastly they will fire you over something they "said" you did but will never show you the proof and when asked to see it I was told "oh we don't do that or allow that" and that came from the HR manager.. so I would never suggest anyone work here unless your want to feel unsafe, unimportant and just like a robot doing the same thing over and over."

"The company it's self I worked for treats employees like animals, the contractor would give us incentive to work not the company I worked for."

"Mrs. Baird's bakery located at S. Gevers in San Antonio, Tx., violates labor law, human rights by intimidating employees and promoting harassment in the workplace."

"How many incidents of harrassmemt and sexual harrassment, assault, violations of privacy, intimidation, threatening were on knowledge of HR but never did anything to protect the rigths of. Employees promoting this Linda of slavery"

"I learned how to work the bar code scanning system, which I didn't know before I worked there."

"Try to ask as many questions as you can and get as many answers as possible."

"I disliked the hours that they made us work, which were 7 p.m. - 3:30 a.m."

"after being pretty much self governed like 10 years ago, we have slipped into this micromanaging crap ... makes you feel like a worthless no body"

"Go back to empowering the workers to have a say in the over all rpocess...we used to have a say, now we don't or at least no one listens"
