"The culture and people I get to work with. Also be able to work closely with clients and deliver stunning results gives me a great deal of satisfaction."
What don't you like about working at Paciolan?
"I have so many job roles and am the goto guy on my tech related questions, however I am one of the least paid and most overworked. I started as an intern at a low pay rate and it has been difficult because I started so low. I moved my way up through the company and have no opportunity to move beyond my current position."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Either select or require that managers have some level of competency in the field they are overseeing. I have worked in web development for 6 years at the same company and the clients love me, however my bosses don't even know what my job entails."

"Paciolan is where I gained most of my experience supporting a sales team and I really enjoyed it. I also enjoyed managing the customer information database."

"This company my acquired by Ticketmaster. I would recommend having a technical background for employment here."

"There was a lot of bureaucracy and the company became more unstable the longer I was there."
